Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Policy Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return is requested within 15 days of the delivery date
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and unopened
- All original packaging, including boxes and protective materials, is intact
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our luxury products, certain items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons:
- Opened or used fragrance products (Eau de Parfum Sets, Fine Fragrances, Rollerballs, Perfume Oil Sets)
- Personal care items that have been opened (Hand Lotion, Liquid Soap)
- Used or opened home fragrance products (Room & Linen Sprays, Reed Diffusers & Refills, Misting Diffuser & Refills, NEST x Pura Diffusers & Refills)
- Products that have been lit or used (3-Wick Candles, Classic Candles, Luxury Candles, Indoor | Outdoor Candles)
We are unable to accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case please contact us immediately.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Our Customer Service Team
Reach out to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item Securely
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- Mark Your Package
Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Package
Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
